Hypertension is commonly called High Blood Pressure, which is defined as a reading of 140/90mmHg or higher. The healthy blood pressure should be around 120/80 mmHg. The condition rarely has symptoms, nor is its symptoms noticeable. However, if the condition is left unmanaged long term, or without being properly managed to a stable level, it can cause other serious problems.
The causes of Hypertension are not yet quite clear, but some of factors as follows may increase the risk of Hypertension:

- Poor diet
- Lack of exercise
- Unhealthy lifestyle
